We just started a new KIDMO series called BLITZ. In BLITZ we will use the game of football (Americano) to parallel the game of Life. Just as in any sport, there are rules that we must follow to play a successful and enjoyable game with other teams, the game of Life also comes with some rules. They are called the 10 Commandments and they are found in the Bible in Exodus chapter 20. When we obey these rules our life is much more enjoyable for us and others. We discovered that we need to know the rules to be able to play by them! So this week our challenge is to learn the 10 commandments and then pick one that you may not be so good at obeying and begin to obey. I have some memorizing to do too! So, hey ho, let’s go!!!! We will do it together:)

Acabamos de empezar una nueva serie KIDMO llamada BLITZ. En BLITZ usaremos el fútbol Americano para hacer un paralelismo con el juego de la Vida. Como en cualquier deporte, existen reglas que tenemos que seguir para jugar un juego exitoso y agradable contra otros equipos. El juego de la Vida también contiene algunas reglas. Se llaman los 10 Mandamientos, y se encuentran en el capítulo 20 del libro del Éxodo de la Biblia. Cuando obedecemos estas reglas la vida es mucho más agradable para nosotros y los demás. ¡Pero hemos descubierto que primero necesitamos conocer las reglas para poderlas aplicar! Así es que esta semana nuestro reto es aprendernos los 10 mandamientos, y elegir uno en el que no seamos demasiado buenos para tratar de obedecerlo. ¡Yo también tendré que memorizar! Así es que, ¡vamos a ello! Lo haremos juntos:)
